tikdnl respects the intellectual property rights of artists, creators, and content owners. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the tikdnl website if reported to our designated copyright agent.
Stateless Proxy Architecture (No Permanent Video Storage)
tikdnl is a transient, stateless client utility. We do not host, store, or archive multimedia files on our servers. All videos and audios downloaded through tikdnl are retrieved on-demand from public content delivery networks (CDNs) owned and maintained by the source platform (TikTok / ByteDance). Since no media resides permanently on our systems, removal from the origin TikTok platform permanently stops all processing across the web.
1Filing a DMCA Notice of Claimed Infringement
If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please submit a written DMCA notice containing the following mandatory elements:
- Identification of the copyrighted work: Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or provide a representative list if multiple works are involved.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material: Provide the exact TikTok URL(s) you wish us to block from our utility tool.
- Contact information: Include your full legal name, physical mailing address, telephone number, and official email address.
- Good faith statement: Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy & perjury statement: Include a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Signature: Provide a physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

3DMCA Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that access to your content was blocked by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). The counter-notice must include your identification, contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury of good faith belief, and your consent to local federal court jurisdiction.
4Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, tikdnl maintains a strict policy to disable or terminate access for users, automated bots, or network IPs who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.
